This population carried an Ala-122-Asn mutation in the acetolactate synthase () gene but no mutation in acetyl-CoA carboxylase () and transport inhibitor response1 () genes. Herein, we depict a novel simple and sensitive miRNA detection approach by exploiting an elegantly designed target recognition initiated self-dissociation based DNA nanomachine.
