Smile aesthetics are mainly influenced by the relative position of facial midline (FC-line), anterior tooth midline (AT-line) and labial tubercle midline (LT-line). However, the acceptable deviation of LT-line and AT-line relative to FC-line is unknown. This study aims to fill the critical gap.

Methods: Differentially expressed lncRNAs in the hypothalamus of diet-induced obesity (DIO) mice versus chow-fed mice were identified by RNA sequencing. Lentivirus-mediated overexpression and knockdown of a novel lncRNA, AK044061, were used to assess its role in energy balance and the development of DIO.
Benzophenones (BPs) are widely used as ultraviolet absorbers and fragrance retention agents. Evidences from animal studies have suggested that exposure to BPs may affect fetal growth, but human data is limited and no study is concerning critical windows of BPs exposure throughout pregnancy in relation to fetal growth. We aimed to investigate the associations of prenatal exposure to BPs with birth size and examine the critical exposure windows of fetus development.

However, the potential adversely health effect of co-exposure to these two types of pollutants in an occupational setting is unknown. In this study, we investigated co-exposure of these two pollutants on hepatic toxicity in CD-1 male mice through a whole-body aerosol inhalation route.
