Objective: Breast cancer patients often face a significant financial burden, leading to financial toxicity due to the necessity for long-term care, costly treatment, and follow-up measures. The purpose of this study is to systematically review the available qualitative evidence on how breast cancer patients cope with financial toxicity and their unmet need to promote the implementation of effective intervention strategies.
Methods: PubMed, Web of Science, PsycINFO, CINAHL, EMBASE, Scopus, CNKI, Wan Fang Data, and VIP databases were systematically searched for literature related to the study topic.
An optimization method based on the sensitivity of global and local geometric parameters is proposed to improve the cooling efficiency of E3 engine nozzle guide vane. For 29 geometric parameters that affect the vane maximum temperature in the cooling design, the sensitivity ranking of them is firstly obtained by the DOE method. Then the most influential parameters including the diameter or location of the film cooling hole are selected as the optimization variables to decrease the maximum surface temperature of the nozzle guide vane.

The complete mitochondrial genome of has been sequenced and annotated in this study, which is 17,209 bp long and contains 13 protein-coding genes (PCGs), two rRNAs, and 22 tRNA genes. Most of the protein-coding genes (PCGs) start with ATG except 4 using TTG.

Methods: Varying FZKA concentrations were used to manage lung cancer cells (A549 and PC9). We employed: cell counting kit-8 (CCK-8) and plate clone for-mation assays to examine the cell viability; flow cytometry (FCM) to analyze the cycle arrest; transwell and wound-healing assays to assess the cell invasion and migration, respectively.
Background: For esophageal carcinoma patients with early gastrectomy, individualized surgical plans-including selection of replacement conduit and operation route based on patient's new lesion and surgical history-can achieve the desired therapeutic effect and improve postoperative life quality. We investigated the outcomes at our institution.
Methods: The clinical data of 42 esophageal carcinoma patients with early gastrectomy were analyzed retrospectively.
Sacbrood virus (SBV) is a picorna-like virus that affects honey bees (Apis mellifera) and results in the death of the larvae. Several procedures are available to detect Chinese SBV (CSBV) in clinical samples, but not to estimate the level of CSBV infection. The aim of this study was develop an assay for rapid detection and quantification of this virus.

At present, the number of available antifungal agents in the clinic is limited, and most of them, such as itraconazole (ICZ), are toxic and show resistance. Berberine (BER) is a plant alkaloid used in the clinic mainly for alimentary infections.
