Research on Integrated Management Path of Comorbidity Based on Grounded Theory.

Background: This study seeks to thoroughly investigate the generation mechanism of the integrated management pathway for comorbidities, as well as its implementation and execution in practical settings. The findings aim to offer insights for the development of an integrated mechanism for comorbidity services.
Method: The collected raw data was coded and analyzed in depth by utilizing grounded theory as the research methodology, in conjunction with NVivo 14.

- This study assessed the effectiveness of multi-slice CT angiography combined with enterography in diagnosing small bowel obstruction (SBO) and related intestinal issues.
- A total of 57 SBO patients underwent both imaging techniques, showing a diagnostic accuracy of 94.7% for the cause of obstruction and 98.2% for its location.
- The study also established a reliable diagnostic criterion for intestinal ischaemia based on specific CT signs, demonstrating great sensitivity and specificity for accurate diagnosis.
Aim: To investigate the efficacy and safety profile of pancreatic duct (PD) stent placement for prevention of post-endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) pancreatitis (PEP).
Methods: We performed a search of MEDLINE, EMBASE, and Cochrane Library to identify randomized controlled clinical trials of prophylactic PD stent placement after ERCP. RevMan 5 software provided by Cochrane was used for the heterogeneity and efficacy analyses, and a meta-analysis was performed for the data that showed homogeneity.
