Optimized Demand-Side Day-Ahead Generation Scheduling Model for a Wind-Photovoltaic-Energy Storage Hydrogen Production System.

This paper proposed an optimized day-ahead generation model involving hydrogen-load demand-side response, with an aim to make the operation of an integrated wind-photovoltaic-energy storage hydrogen production system more cost-efficient. Considering the time-of-use electricity pricing plan, demand for hydrogen load, and the intermittency of renewable energy, the model has the ambition to achieve minimum daily cost of operating a hydrogen production system. The model is power-balanced, fit for energy storage devices, and developed through adaptive simulated annealing particle swarm optimization.

Preparation, Physicochemical Characterization, and Antioxidant Activity of Naringin-Silk Fibroin-Alginate Microspheres and Application in Yogurt.

Naringin is the major polyphenol in bitter orange peel with antioxidant property. However, its pH sensitivity, low solubility, and bitter taste limit its application in food. In this study, naringin-sodium alginate-silk fibroin microspheres were prepared by the ionic gel method.

Development and evaluation of puerarin-loaded controlled release nanostructured lipid carries by central composite design.

The present work was aimed at developing optimized puerarin-loaded nanostructured lipid carrier (PA-NLC) on base of phospholipid complex. The puerarin phospholipid complex (PA-PC) was prepared by a solvent evaporation method and the formulation was confirmed according to the encapsulation efficiency (EE%). The hepatoprotective effect of PA-NLC on BRL 3A cell stimulated by ethanol was carried out using MTT assay, and cell imaging was done using an inverted phase contrast tissue culture microscope.
