However, existing materials have poor hemostatic efficacy and a tendency to adhere to the wound surface, limiting their clinical effectiveness. Herein, a drug-loaded, superhydrophilic/superhydrophobic laminated material (DSLM), consisting of a superhydrophobic inner layer with a micropore array, a superhydrophilic chitosan-based sponge layer loaded with hemostatic/antimicrobial drugs, and a superhydrophobic outer layer, was developed.

It has sensitive detection ability for Cu and Co. In addition, the color changed from yellow-green to orange under the sunlight, realizing the rapid identification of Cu/Co, which has the potential of on-site visual detection under the "naked eye".

Currently, the efficacy of this dual therapy remains inconclusive, with controversial findings from various single-center clinical trials.
Objectives: To assess the efficacy and safety of high-dose dual therapy (HDDT) compared with the bismuth-containing quadruple therapy (BQT) in treatment-naive patients with infection.
Owing to the rapid development of wireless communication, radar and pulse power technology, the electromagnetic environment faced by electronic systems is increasingly complex and the intensity of electromagnetic field can be significant. In this study, a new interference phenomenon was observed when the microwave pulses were injected into the gallium nitride (GaN) high electron mobility transistor (HEMT) power amplifier through the output port. We investigated the relationship between the peak power of reverse injection microwave pulses and the duration or the amplitude of the interference by effect experiments.

Therefore, we conducted this meta-analysis and trial sequential analysis to evaluate its efficacy on cardiac surgery-related adverse events.
Methods: PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane Library were searched for relevant studies from inception to June 2021.
(Kom.) Nakai is a well-known medicinal hemiparasite widely distributed in Asia. The synthesis and accumulation of its metabolites are affected by both environmental factors and the host plants, while the latter of which is usually overlooked.

Being the core of a PIN limiter, the PIN diode is possible to be burnt out by the external microwave pulses. Here, using a parallel computing program for semiconductor multi-physics effects designed by ourselves, we studied the influence of the thickness of the I layer and the anode diameter of the PIN diode on the maximum temperature change curve of the PIN diode limiter.

This retrospective study aimed to determine whether high-dose dual therapy (HDDT) with different regimens leads to different eradication rates. The study compares the efficacy and safety of HDDT 10-day vs 14-day and investigates the factors that might affect the eradication rates.

The results demonstrated that the wetting behaviour was mainly dependent on the wetting of the Al melt on graphite under the ultrasonic field (physical wetting) and the formation and mass transfer of TiC (reactive wetting). The diffusion of Ti atoms and their adsorption around the graphite could contribute to the wetting of Al-C.

Proton pump inhibitor-amoxicillin-containing high dose dual therapy (HDDT) has been proposed to treat infection. We aimed to assess the effectiveness and safety of PPI-amoxicillin HDDT for treatment of infection in comparison with other regimens.

However, PIN diode limiters can be burnt out due to the microwave pulses coupling through the front-end of RF receiver systems. The damage processes and mechanisms in PIN limiters are undoubtedly important topics.

The seasonal variations of the trace elements were primarily controlled by hydrological processes, which determined different sources of the SPM. Moreover, As, Co, Cr, and Ni primarily originated from lithogenic sources, whereas Cd, Cu, Pb and Zn were influenced by anthropogenic activities.

Numerical Sediment Quality Guidelines (TEL and PEL) were applied to assess adverse biological effects of these metals, suggesting that occasional biological effect may occur due to As, Cr, Cu, Ni, and Pb. Enrichment factors shown that the significant As and Pb contaminations in the study area.

The sediments in the study area are characterized by variable heavy metal concentrations that are comparable with those of the surrounding regions. Obvious positive correlations were observed amongst the concentrations of Zn, Cr, Pb, Cd, Cu and the clay contents, suggesting that fine clay particles are important carriers of trace metals in the sediments.

Results showed that heavy metal concentrations in the sediments generally met the China Marine Sediment Quality criteria. Both the ecotoxicological index and the potential ecological risk index suggest that the combined ecological risk of the six studied metals may be low, with the highest ecotoxicological potential zones located in the offshore area.

The metal enrichment factor (EF) and geoaccumulation index (I geo) were calculated to assess the anthropogenic contamination in the region. Results showed that heavy metal concentrations in the sediments generally met the criteria of China Marine Sediment Quality (GB18668-2002); however, both EF and I geo values suggested the elevation of Pb concentration in the region.
