H19 is an essential imprinted gene that is expressed to govern normal embryonic development. During reprogramming, the parental pronuclei have asymmetric reprogramming capacities and the critical reprogramming factors predominantly reside in the male pronucleus. After inhibiting the expression of H19 and Gtl2, androgenetic haploid ESCs (AG-haESCs) can efficiently and stably support the generation of healthy SC pups at a rate of ~20%, and double-knockout parthenogenetic haESCs can also produce efficiently.

Herein, we prepared a carboxyl functionalized magnetic covalent organic framework (FeO@iCOF-COOH) by combining multivariate synthetic strategy with post-synthetic modification. It was used as an adsorbent for magnetic solid phase extraction (MSPE) of six fluoroquinolones (FQs), and showed good absorption performance at neutral pH. Carboxyl groups are found to be crucial for the adsorption of fluoroquinolones.

An immobilized metal affinity (IMAC) adsorbent was prepared for selective enrichment of adenine type CKs, via grafting polymer chain pendant with iminodiacetic acid (IDA) from polydopamine (PDA)/polyethyleneimine (PEI)-coated magnetic graphene oxide (magGO) via surface-initiated-atom transfer radical polymerization (SI-ATRP). The prepared IMAC sorbent exhibited remarkable adsorption performances and good selectivity for adenine-type CKs and was utilized as a sorbent of magnetic solid-phase extraction (MSPE) for effective enrichment of four adenine-type CKs in bean sprouts. Under the optimized extraction conditions, an analytical method for four adenine type CKs in bean sprouts was established by combining the MSPE combined with ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-MS/MS).

In order to explore the effects of dexmedetomidine (DEX) on functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) and emergence agitation of patients who underwent general anesthesia surgery with sevoflurane under comfortable nursing intervention, 66 patients who received upper abdominal surgery were selected as research objects. According to nursing and anesthesia methods, the patients were randomly divided into control group (routine nursing and anesthesia), group A (routine nursing and DEX-assisted anesthesia), and group B (comfortable nursing and DEX-assisted anesthesia). The differences in the brain fMRI characteristics, hemodynamic indexes, anesthesia recovery indexes, and nursing satisfaction in the perioperative period were evaluated.

Optoelectronic devices are key building blocks for sustainable energy, imaging applications, and optical communications in modern society. Two-dimensional materials and perovskites have been considered promising candidates in this research area due to their fascinating material properties. Despite the significant progress achieved in the past decades, challenges still remain to further improve the performance of devices based on 2D materials or perovskites and to solve stability issues for their reliability.
