Based on the crucial role of histone deacetylase (HDAC) and receptor tyrosine kinase in angiogenesis, in situ assembly, skeletal transition, molecular hybridization, and pharmacophore fusion were employed to yield seventy-six multi-target angiogenesis inhibitors.
