Extreme climate events, particularly droughts, pose significant threats to vegetation, severely impacting ecosystem functionality and resilience. However, the limited temporal resolution of current satellite data hinders accurate monitoring of vegetation's diurnal responses to these events. To address the main challenges for thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery, including persistent pulmonary air leaks and cancer recurrence, this study developed an in-situ adhesive that can effectively adhere to the lung and release the anticancer drug in response to pH. The adhesive was formulated using hydrophobically modified cold-water fish skin gelatin (hm-CFG) and cross-linking agent pullulan dialdehyde (PDA), in which succinic dihydrazide-modified doxorubicin (SDH-DOX) can be incorporated. Utilizing PDA could improve both cohesion and interfacial adhesion, while also offering drug-loading sites through the aldehyde groups that were not involved in cross-linking.

In this study, zinc ions were employed as the central metal, while 4,4',4''-nitrilotribenzoic acid (HNTB) served as the fluorescent organic ligand. Through a single-step solvothermal approach, a novel Zn-based metal-organic framework (Zn-MOF) fluorescent material was successfully synthesized. The Zn-MOFs exhibit a cubic morphology, outstanding fluorescence properties, excellent water dispersibility, and robust resistance to high temperature and strong alkaline conditions.

Purpose: To explore the predictive value of dual-layer spectral detector CT (SDCT) quantitative parameters for determining differentiation grade, lymphovascular invasion (LVI) and perineural invasion (PNI) in colorectal adenocarcinoma (CRAC) patients.
