Long noncoding RNAs (LncRNAs) play essential roles in numerous biological processes in mammals, such as reproductive physiology and endocrinology. Cryptorchidism is a common male reproductive disease. Circadian rhythms are actively expressed in the reproductive system.

Successful male reproduction depends on healthy testes. Autophagy has been confirmed to be active during many cellular events associated with the testes. It is not only crucial for testicular spermatogenesis but is also an essential regulatory mechanism for Sertoli cell (SCs) ectoplasmic specialization integrity and normal function of the blood-testis-barrier.

Hormone-sensitive lipase (HSL) is a key enzyme in animal fat metabolism and is involved in the rate-limiting step of catalyzing the decomposition of fat and cholesterol. It also plays an important regulatory role in maintaining seminiferous epithelial structure, androgen synthesis and primordial germ cell differentiation. We previously reported that HSL is involved the synthesis of steroids in Bactrian camels, although it is unclear what role it plays in testicular development.

Testosterone (T) and dihydrotestosterone (DHT) are the main hormones regulating reproduction and development of male animals. Although their synthesis and secretion are regulated by the endocrine system [hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (adrenal) axis], it is also possible to synthesize T and DHT from the induction of two proteins: Syce1 and Syce3. As central elements of the synaptonemal complex (SC), Syce1 and Syce3 play a key role in the association of homologous chromosomes during meiosis.

Anomaly detection is an important task in hyperspectral processing. Some previous works, based on statistical information, focus on Reed-Xiaoli (RX), as it is one of the most classical and commonly used methods. However, its performance tends to be affected when anomaly target size is smaller than spatial resolution.
