Accumulating evidence have proved the key role of long non-coding RNA in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) progression. Bioinformatics analysis is used to seek the differentially expressed lncRNA LINC01270 from TCGA database. The overexpression of LINC01270 was then verified in LUAD tumor tissues and cell lines by qRT-PCR.

Methods: studies, CCK-8 assays, colony formation assays, transwell assays, and wound healing tests were carried out to evaluate the proliferation, migration, and invasion of HCC cells.
