COC166-9 is an OC-specific monoclonal antibody and we have identified immunoglobulin γ-1 heavy chain constant region (IGHG1) as its antigen. We explore the function of IGHG1 in proliferation, apoptosis and motility of OC cells further in this research.

Accumulating evidence suggests that cancer-associated mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) contribute to the development and metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Aberrant expression of long noncoding RNAs (lncRNA) has been associated with these processes but cellular mechanisms are obscure. In this study, we report that HCC-associated mesenchymal stem cells (HCC-MSC) promote epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and liver tumorigenesis.

S100 calcium binding protein A14 (S100A14) is a member of the S100 protein family that plays an important role in the progression of several types of cancer. In the present study, the expression and clinical effect of S100A14 was evaluated in serous ovarian carcinoma (SOC).
