Rationale And Objectives: To propose a novel MRI-based hyper-fused radiomic approach to predict pathologic complete response (pCR) to neoadjuvant therapy (NAT) in breast cancer (BC).
Materials And Methods: Pretreatment dynamic contrast-enhanced (DCE) MRI and ultra-multi-b-value (UMB) diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI) data were acquired in BC patients who received NAT followed by surgery at two centers. Hyper-fused radiomic features (RFs) and conventional RFs were extracted from DCE-MRI or UMB-DWI.
Ruthenium dioxide has attracted extensive attention as a promising catalyst for oxygen evolution reaction in acid. However, the over-oxidation of RuO into soluble HRuO species results in a poor durability, which hinders the practical application of RuO in proton exchange membrane water electrolysis. Here, we report a confinement strategy by enriching a high local concentration of in-situ formed HRuO species, which can effectively suppress the RuO degradation by shifting the redox equilibrium away from the RuO over-oxidation, greatly boosting its durability during acidic oxygen evolution.

Based on the chemical synthesis strategy, the first and collective chemical syntheses of chartreusin, D329C, and elsamicins A and B have been accomplished. The chemical strategy was featured by two complementary routes to secure chartarin 10--monosaccharide glycosides, the key intermediates in chartreusin derivative synthesis, as well as the highly stereoselective construction of the difficult glycosidic linkages.

The aim of this longitudinal multicenter retrospective observational study was to describe the trajectory of HBV DNA after R0 liver resection in patients receiving antiviral therapy and to investigate its impact on clinical outcomes.
Methods: This study included patients with HBV-related HCC from nine hospitals in China who received antiviral therapy and R0 hepatectomy between 2015 and 2016.
