Rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) is the most common malignant soft tissue tumor in children, and botryoid rhabdomyosarcoma (BRMS) represents a subtype of RMS. BRMS primarily occurs in infants, young children, and adolescent females, with a predilection for mucosa-lined hollow organs such as the bladder, vagina, bile duct, and so on. Its occurrence in the biliary tract is extremely rare.
