Soft capacitive sensors are widely utilized in wearable devices, flexible electronics, and soft robotics due to their high sensitivity. However, they may suffer delamination and/or debonding due to their low interfacial toughness. In addition, they usually exhibit a small measurement range resulting from their limited stiffness variation range.

Inspired by the natural protein cluster in PS-II, different organic-inorganic hybrid electrocatalysts were synthesized via a hydrothermal method. -Toluidine (PT), benzoic acid (BA), and -aminobenzoic acid (PABA) were successfully intercalated into NiFe-LDH.

Yet, the precise synthesis of chiral structures from achiral building blocks remains a profound and enduring challenge in synthetic chemistry and materials science. Here, we demonstrate that achiral colloidal nanocrystals, including Au and Ag nanocrystals, can assemble into long-range-ordered helical assemblies with the assistance of chiral molecules.

Methods: Data were obtained from 1510 children in Tianjin, China, who were born in 2013 and selected by cluster random sampling.
This study systematically explores the oncogenic role of the long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) LINC00115 in endometrial cancer (EC) and reveals its unique mechanism in promoting proliferation, invasion, and metastasis via the JAK/STAT signaling pathway. LINC00115 is significantly upregulated in EC tissues and closely associated with advanced TNM staging and lymph node metastasis. Functional assays showed that knockdown of LINC00115 suppressed EC cell proliferation, invasion, and metastasis, while overexpression enhanced these malignant behaviors.

Case reports suggest that DAVFs or related acute events may follow medication use; however, drug-related risk factors remain unclear. In clinical practice, the concomitant use of multiple drugs for therapy is known as "polypharmacy situations," further increasing the risk of drug-induced DAVF.

We propose a deep learning-based algorithm (BBMIL) to predict classical biomarkers, immunotherapy-associated gene signatures, and prognosis-associated subtypes directly from hematoxylin and eosin stained histopathology images. BBMIL showed the best performance among comparative algorithms on the prediction of classical biomarkers, immunotherapy related gene signatures, and subtypes.

Methods: The location of ARG donor bacteria and ARGs was investigated by qPCR, flow cytometry, and small animal imaging. The resistant microbiota was analyzed by gene amplification sequencing.
Metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) are porous, crystalline materials with high surface area, adjustable porosity, and structural tunability, making them ideal for diverse applications. However, traditional experimental and computational methods have limited scalability and interpretability, hindering effective exploration of MOF structure-property relationships. To address these challenges, we introduce, for the first time, a category-specific topological learning (CSTL), which combines algebraic topology with chemical insights for robust property prediction.

In recent years, rapid progress has been made in rare disease diagnostics due to advances in DNA sequencing, development of new computational and experimental approaches to prioritize genes and genetic variants, and increased global exchange of clinical and genetic data. However, more than half of individuals suspected to have a rare disease lack a genetic diagnosis.

Despite the recommendation for in-hospital initiation of high-intensity statin therapy in AIS patients, achieving the desired target LDL-C levels remains challenging. Evolocumab, a highly effective and quickly acting agent for reducing LDL-C levels, has yet to undergo extensively exploration in the acute phase of AIS.

Recent studies highlight the significance of interactions between ACh and various neuromodulators in regulating complex behaviors. The ability to simultaneously image ACh and other neuromodulators can provide valuable information regarding the mechanisms underlying these behaviors.

We postulate that BACH2-mediated long-lived memory programs promote HIV-1 persistence in gut CD4+ T cells. We coupled single-cell DOGMA-seq and TREK-seq to capture chromatin accessibility, transcriptome, surface proteins, T cell receptor, HIV-1 DNA and HIV-1 RNA in 100,744 gut T cells from ten aviremic HIV-1+ individuals and five HIV-1- donors.

PreOLs are thought to survey and begin ensheathing nearby axons, and their maturation is often stalled at human demyelinating lesions. Lack of genetic tools to visualize and manipulate preOLs has left this critical differentiation stage woefully understudied.

Studies of both processes have largely focused on coding genes and have not accounted for transposable elements (TEs) which comprise 50% of the X-chromosome, despite TEs being suspected to have numerous epigenetic functions. This oversight is due in part to the technical challenge of capturing repeat RNAs, bioinformatically aligning them, and determining allelic origin.

Objectives: To evaluate the occurrence of ischemic stroke (IS) and other vascular events, and relationships between 19 SNPs in genes associated with endothelial function and inflammation with outcomes in a population at high risk of stroke.
Design: A prospective cohort study and multi-center community-based sectional survey.

Background: We investigated the consistency and accuracy of the Index of Consciousness (IoC) and the Bispectral Index (BIS) in monitoring the sedative effect of ciprofol during the induction of general anesthesia. There is extensive literature that reports good consistency and correlations between the IoC1 and the BIS in reflecting the sedation levels induced by propofol and sevoflurane but not by ciprofol.
Objective: The aim was to compare the consistency and accuracy of the IoC and BIS in monitoring the sedative effect of ciprofol during the induction of general anesthesia.
