Methods: The activities of human CYP2C9, CYP2C19, CYP2D6, and CYP3A4 were analyzed using Vivid P450 assay kits.
Aim: To investigate the embryotoxicity of dihydroartemisinin (DHA), the main active metabolite of artemisinin, in zebrafish, and explore the corresponding mechanisms.

Objective: To study the antitumor effect of peri-tumor implantation of delayed-release 5-fluorouracil implants on xenograft colorectal tumor in mice.
Methods: Fifty tumor-bearing nude mice were randomly divided into 5 groups. Group A and B were treated with peri-tumor implantation of 5-fluorouracil implants and the dose of 5-fluorouracil was 200 and 100 mg/kg, respectively.
