Objective: To analyze the level and distribution characteristics of remnant cholesterol(RC) among Chinese adult residents.
Methods: Data was collected from Chinese Nutrition and Health Surveillance(2015-2017). A stratified, multi-stage, random sampling method was used.
The Chang'e-6 (CE-6) landing area on the far side of the Moon is located in the southern part of the Apollo basin within the South Pole-Aitken (SPA) basin. The statistical analysis of impact craters in this region is crucial for ensuring a safe landing and supporting geological research. Aiming at existing impact crater identification problems such as complex background, low identification accuracy, and high computational costs, an efficient impact crater automatic detection model named YOLOv8-LCNET (YOLOv8-Lunar Crater Net) based on the YOLOv8 network is proposed.

Objective: To describe the mean systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure among adults in China in 2015-2017.
Methods: The data was from the China Nutrition and Health Surveillance(2015-2017), and the research objects were from 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities) in mainland China. In this study, 182 356 adults aged 18 years and above with complete blood pressure data were selected as subjects.
Background: Remnant cholesterol (RC) is highly associated with several chronic diseases. However, the relationship between RC and Metabolic syndrome (MetS) remains unclear. The study's objective is to illustrate the relationship of RC to MetS.

Adult hypertension can be traced back to, as well as prevented starting in, childhood and adolescence. However, due to the lack of surveillance among children and adolescents, the prevalence and influencing factors of hypertension-related conditions have not been well described.

Methods: Data was from the China Nutrition and Health Surveillance of Children and Lactating Women(2016-2017), in which the multistage stratified whole group random sampling method was used to draw participants from 275 surveillance sites in 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities). In total, 67 231 participants were included according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.

Background: Thyroid Cancer (TC) is an endocrine organ malignancy that has become more common in recent decades. Vernodalin (VN), a cytotoxic sesquiterpene, has been reported to exhibit anticancer properties against human breast and liver cancer cells. However, no study has explored the efficacy of VN with respect to its antiproliferative and apoptotic action on human Papillary Thyroid Cancer cells (PTC).

This study aimed to optimize air quality management through the prediction of the Air Quality Index (AQI) and identification of air pollutants. Our study spans nine representative cities (Hohhot, Yinchuan, Lanzhou, Beijing, Taiyuan, Xi'an, Shanghai, Nanjing, Wuhan) in China, with data collected from January 1, 2015, to November 30, 2021.

While it is well reported that second-generation AR blockers induce neuroendocrine (NE) trans-differentiation of castration-resistant prostate cancer (CRPC) to promote the occurrence of NEPC, and pluripotent transcription factors might be potential regulators, the underlying molecular mechanisms remain unclear.
Methods: We analyzed the data from public databsets to screen candidate genes and then focused on SOX4, a regulator of NE trans-differentiation.
Background: Neuroendocrine prostate cancer (NEPC) is a lethal subset of prostate cancer which is characterized by neuroendocrine differentiation and loss of androgen receptor (AR) signaling. Growing evidence reveals that cell lineage plasticity is crucial in the failure of NEPC therapies. Although studies suggest the involvement of the neural transcription factor PAX6 in drug resistance, its specific role in NEPC remains unclear.

Through early warning and avoidance of real estate financial risks, it can effectively promote the healthy and healthy development of the real estate industry, avoiding the impact of accidental factors, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, and promoting the overall economic development. Based on multiple regression analysis and grey prediction methods, this article constructs a real estate financial risk estimation model, and the real estate financial risk is estimated using the relevant data of Liaoning Province from 2001 to 2020.

Previous studies have identified mental disorders induced by arsenic, but the environmental exposure concentrations in the early life stages associated with these disorders are poorly understood. In the present study, early-life stage zebrafish were used to explore the effects on mental disorders under 'environmental standard limit concentrations' arsenic exposures of 5, 10, 50, 150, and 500 μg/L.

Methods: This retrospective case-control study included 72 PR -positive cases and 144 polymyxin B-susceptible (PS) controls from 2018 to 2022. Patients with PR isolated in various clinical cultures were defined as cases.
Tumor-associated macrophages (TAMs) play an essential role in tumor therapeutic resistance. Although the lethal effect of ferroptosis on tumor cells is well reported, how TAMs inhibit the effect of ferroptosis in tumors has not been clearly defined. In this study, it is demonstrated that TAM-secreted taurine suppresses ferroptosis in prostate cancer (PCa) by activating the Liver X receptor alpha/Stearoyl-Coenzyme A desaturase 1 (LXRα/SCD1) pathway.

Methods: A literature search was conducted through Pubmed, Web of Science, Embase, China Knowledge Network(CNKI), WanFang Data, Vip Chinese Journal Service Platform(VIP) with a time frame of November 2022 from the beginning of database construction. Meta-analysis of dichotomous variables was performed using Stata MP15 software, and a random or fixed effects model was chosen for the meta-analysis based on the heterogeneity result, with the ratio of ratios(OR) as the effect indicator; subgroup analysis was used to find characteristic changes; funnel plots were used to evaluate publication bias.
Members of the solute carrier organic anion transporting polypeptide (OATPs) family function as transporters for a large variety of amphipathic organic anions including endogenous metabolites and clinical drugs, such as bile salts, steroids, thyroid hormones, statins, antibiotics, antivirals, and anticancer drugs. OATP1B1 plays a vital role in transporting such substances into the liver for hepatic clearance. FDA and EMA recommend conducting in vitro testing of drug-drug interactions (DDIs) involving OATP1B1.

Therefore, identifying 2-methylisoborneol (2-MIB)-producing cyanobacteria and predicting the risks of 2-MIB are critical for managing 2-MIB-infected water sources. Previous studies on the potential producers and risks of 2-MIB have focused on reservoirs or have been limited by the ecosystems of phytoplankton-dominated areas.
