PI/SiO composite films have been prepared by using in situ polymerization. The influences of the dosage of silane coupling agent (KH-560) on the structure and performance of PI/SiO composite film have been investigated. The results show that in the components without KH-560, the addition of SiO decreases the transmittance of the sample.

The results show that PI synthesized from fluorine-containing monomers has better light transmittance, and the highest transmittance can reach 91.4%.
