[Removal of Cr(Ⅵ) via a Nickel Ferrite@Activated Carbon Composite Under Batch Experiments: Study of Characterization, Performance, and Mechanism].

A magnetic activated carbon adsorbent named NiFeO@AC was synthesized by modifying activated carbon with NiFeO and used for the adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ) ions from waste water. The influencing factors, adsorption kinetics, and adsorption isotherms of Cr(Ⅵ) adsorption by the adsorbent were investigated. The results showed that the removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ) adsorption by NiFeO@AC reached 96.

[Clinical observation on treatment of functional dyspepsia by injection of vitamin B1 into Zusanli (ST36) and Hegu (LI4)].

Objective: To observe the effect and safety of injection of vitamin B1 into Zusanli (ST36) and Hegu (LI4) in the treatment of functional dyspepsia (FD).

Methods: A total of 100 FD patients were equally divided into medication group and acupoint injection group (=50/group) according to a random number table. Patients in the medication group were ordered to take mosapride citrate tablets (5 mg) orally 30 min before each of the three meals, while those in the acupoint injection group received injection of vitamin B1 into ST36 and LI4, once every other day, three times a week.

Identification and antifeedant activities of limonoids from Azadirachta indica.

Four new limonoids, azadiraindins A-D (1-4, resp.), together with seven known analogs, were isolated from the MeOH extract of Azadirachta indica. The structures of 1-4 were elucidated by NMR and MS spectroscopic analyses, and the relative configuration of 1 was determined by single-crystal X-ray crystallography.

Three new limonoids, azadiraindins E-G (1-3, respectively), together with six known analogs, were isolated from the fresh fruit coats of Azadirachta indica. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic methods (IR, MS, HR-ESI-MS, 1D NMR, and 2D NMR).

Cytotoxic triterpenoids from Azadirachta indica.

Two new tirucallane triterpenoids, 24,25-epoxy-3 β-hydroxy-20-oxo-7-tirucallene (1) and 22,23;24,25-diepoxy-3 β-hydroxy-7-tirucallene (2), and a new tetranortriterpenoid, 4 α-hydroperoxy-6- O-acetylnimbandiol (3), along with eight known compounds, were isolated from the branches and leaves of Azadirachta indica. Their structures were elucidated through spectroscopic and chemical methods. The cytotoxic assay showed that the abundant constituent nimbolide (8) had obvious cytotoxic activities against HL-60, SMMC7721, A549, MCF-7, and SW-480 cell lines, with IC₅₀ values of 0.

[A hospital information system integration solution based on an integration platform].

In view of the limitation of the traditional integration solutions in the hospital information construction, this paper proposes an integration solution based on a uniform application integration platform, and analyzes the system integration architecture and the integration frame. Using this frame, we can realize the integration of the hetero structural sub-systems within the hospital.

[Study on network architecture of a tele-medical information sharing platform].

In the article,a plan of network construction which satisfies the demand of applications for a telemedical information sharing platform is proposed. We choice network access plans in view of user actual situation, through the analysis of the service demand and many kinds of network access technologies. Hospital servers that locate in LAN link sharing platform with node servers, should separate from the broadband network of sharing platform in order to ensure the security of the internal hospital network and the administration management.

[An introduction of the principle for the middleware based on HL7].

This article introduces the development of a middleware based on HL7, which solves the problem of data integration and sharing effectively and successfully, among the hospital internal subsystems and different hospitals' information systems.

[Construction of a regional information system based on standardization and middleware platform].

In this article, based on the analysis on the regional information system's development background and its applications, the construction of the regional medical information system through creating the electronic medical record and the medicine image data centers is proposed, for information resource sharing. And then, the system's software construction and various subsystems functions are mainly introduced. Standardization and the middleware platform are suggested as the effective way of constructing these two data centers in the present situation in our country.
