A convenient and efficient palladium-catalyzed approach has been developed for the synthesis of 5-amino-1,2,4-oxadiazoles from amidoximes and isocyanides. Various 5-amino-1,2,4-oxadiazoles were obtained in moderate to high yields under mild conditions. The key to the success of this strategy involves new C-N bond and C-O bond formation via palladium-catalyzed isocyanide insertion.

Local transplantation of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) is a promising method, but strategies for stabilizing and efficiently delivering active MSCs according to the wound circumstance with high proteolysis remain the main barrier. Hereon, the study demonstrates the feasibility of incorporating reduced graphene oxide (RGO) nanoparticles with an acellular dermal matrix (ADM) to improve physicochemical characteristics of natural scaffold material and fabricate a highly efficient local transplantation system for MSCs in diabetic wound healing.
