Article Synopsis
  • A novel inorganic p-type thin film transistor made from copper monoiodide (CuI) shows promise for creating new transparent electronic devices, complementing existing n-type options like indium-gallium-zinc-oxide (IGZO).
  • CuI offers high transparency and better hole mobility but has faced performance issues due to defects and charge scattering caused by vacancies in its structure.
  • Recent advancements improve CuI transistors' mobility to 21.6 cm V s through a room-temperature processing technique, and successful operation of IGZO-CuI logic gates demonstrates its practical application.

Purpose: This scoping review investigated the content and quality of YouTube videos on women's health.

Methods: A literature search of the Cochrane Library, PubMed, Embase, CINAHL, ERIC, and RISS databases was performed using the keywords "('youtube'/exp OR youtube OR 'social media'/ exp OR 'social media' OR (('social'/exp OR social) AND ('media'/exp OR media))) AND ('female health care' OR (('female'/exp OR female) AND ('health'/exp OR health) AND ('care'/exp OR care)))" from February 21 to 27, 2023. Peer-reviewed analytic studies in English or Korean that focused on women's health using YouTube were included.

When we develop wearable assistive devices, comfort and support are two main issues that need to be considered. In conventional design approaches, the degree of freedom of the wearer's joint movements tends to be oversimplified. Accordingly, the wearer's motion becomes restrained and bone/ligament injuries might occur in case of an unexpected fall.

Background: Chronic inflammation can lower the seizure threshold and have influence on epileptogenesis. The components of red ginseng (RG) have anti-inflammatory effects. The abundance of peripherally derived immune cells in resected epileptic tissue suggests that the immune system is a potential target for anti-epileptogenic therapies.

Hybrid supercapacitors have been regarded as next-generation energy storage devices due to their outstanding performances. However, hybrid supercapacitors remain a great challenge to enhance the energy density of hybrid supercapacitors. Herein, a novel approach for high-energy density hybrid supercapacitors based on a laser scribed graphene cathode and AlPO-carbon hybrid coated HTiO (LSG/H-HTO) was designed.
