Objective: Salicylic acid (SA) has been used for treatment of acne of different severity levels. However, there are few researches about the safety and efficacy for treatment of mild to moderate acne, and the improvement of the skin condition by using 2% supramolecular salicylic acid (SSA) compared to Davuwen Adapaline gel.

Methods: A multicenter, randomized, assessor-blind and parallel-controlled study was conducted.

Objective: This study investigated the effect of endometrial microstimulation (EM) on endometrial receptivity using transvaginal color Doppler sonography (TVCDS).

Method: Women of childbearing age who were preparing to conceive (n = 90) were randomly divided into the EM group (n = 30), who were examined by EM on days 3-5 of the menstrual cycle, and the control group (n = 60). TVCDS was conducted during the implantation window phase, and endometrial thickness, endometrial pattern, endometrial movement, blood flow type, and uterine and spiral arterial hemodynamic parameter measurements were made.

The presence of azithromycin in the human plasma of pediatric patients was determined with a UHPLC-MS/MS assay. Sample preparation was done by protein precipitation, and the separation was achieved on a C18 column by the gradient mixture of the mobile phase A (0.1% acetic acid and 3 mM ammonium acetate in water) and the mobile phase B (0.

A high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry assay for the determination of afatinib (AFT) in human plasma was established. A simple sample preparation of protein precipitation was used and separation was achieved on a C18 column by the gradient mixture of mobile Phase A of water (containing 0.1% ammonia) and the mobile Phase B of acetonitrile and water (V:V = 95:5, containing 0.

A sensitive high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method was established for the simultaneous determination of sildenafil and N-desmethyl sildenafil in human plasma. The protein precipitation was used for extraction and the gradient elution of the mobile phase A of water (containing 0.01% formic acid) and the mobile phase B of acetonitrile, and methanol (V:V = 1:1, containing 0.

This study is to investigate the pathogenesis of vulvar lichen sclerosus (VLS) by analyzing the level of Foxp3, DNMTs, methylation of Foxp3 promoter region, and CD4 + CD25 + CD127low Regulatory T cells (Tregs). This study enrolled 15 VLS patients and 25 controls. Lesional and extralesional vulvar skin tissues, normal vulvar skin tissues and peripheral blood were collected.

Background: Although more and more noninvasive detection technologies have been used in assessing skin barrier integrity and functions, more accurate, intuitive, and convenient detective methods still needed to be explored and developed.

Aims: To investigate the characteristic image changes under the dermoscopy and to explore the relationship with skin physiological indexes in skin barrier damaging and repairing process.

Patients/methods: 25 healthy subjects with normal skin in forearm were included and divided into different groups according to the operated strips numbers (30, 35, and 40 times).

A sensitive and selective high-performance liquid chromatography-tandam mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method was developed and validated for the simultaneous quantification of sildenafil and its metabolite N-desmethyl sildenafil in human plasma. Sildenafil-d8 was used as an internal standard. The analytes were extracted by precipitation extraction and chromatographed on a C column using mobile phase A of water (containing 0.

Background: For the evaluation results of skin sensitivity, such as clinical parameters, stinging test records and biophysical assessments dates might be impacted by many factors, the influence factors need to be further explored, and the skin sensitivity evaluation process and methodology needed distinction and normalization. In this study, we investigated the changes of sensitive skin indexes and lactic acid stinging test results in different seasons, facial regions, skin photo-type, and living habits.

Methods: Twenty-four healthy subjects had completed this study.

A liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method for the determination of cinacalcet in human plasma was developed and validated. This assay was based on liquid-liquid extraction and cinacalcet-d4 was used as an internal standard (IS). Separation was achieved on a C column by the mobile phase A of water (containing 0.

Background: Trichophyton rubrum represents the most common infectious fungus responsible for dermatophytosis in human, but the mechanism involved is still not completely understood. An appropriate model constructed to simulate host infection is the prerequisite to study the pathogenesis of dermatophytosis caused by T. rubrum.

Background: Trichophyton rubrum is superficial fungi characteristically confined to dead keratinized tissues. These observations suggest that the soluble components released by the fungus could influence the host immune response in a cell in contact-free manner. Therefore, this research aimed to analyze whether the culture supernatant derived from T.

Drug combination therapies are common practice in the treatment of cancer. In this study, we evaluated the anticancer effects of myricetin (MYR), methyl eugenol (MEG) and cisplatin (CP) both separately as well as in combination against cervical cancer (HeLa) cells. To demonstrate whether MYR and MEG enhance the anticancer activity of CP against cervical cancer cells, we treated HeLa cells with MYR and MEG alone or in combination with cisplatin and evaluated cell growth and apoptosis using MTT (3 (4, 5 dimethyl thiazol 2yl) 2, 5 diphenyltetrazolium bromide) assay, LDH release assay, flow cytometry and fluorescence microscopy.
