Anti-PD-1 therapy, effective in patients with various advanced tumors, still encounters the challenge of insensitivity in most patients. Here, we demonstrate that PD-L1 on tumor cell-derived extracellular vesicles (TEVs) is critical for anti-PD-1 therapy resistance. Reducing endogenous and transferring exogenous TEVs abrogates and induces anti-PD-1 therapy resistance, respectively.

Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on the data of 75 patients who underwent panhysterectomy for hysteromyoma in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Tongxiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital; Department of Gynecology, The Affiliated Changzhou Second People's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University and Department of Gynecology, The First Affiliated Hospital of USTC from June 2019 to June 2020. According to the operation mode, the patients were divided into two groups: the traditional multi-port laparoscopic surgery (MPLS) group (n = 45) and the Transvaginal Natural Orifice Transluminal Endoscopic Surgery (V-NOTES) group (n = 30).
T-cell haematological malignancies progress rapidly and have a high mortality rate and effective treatments are still lacking. Here, we developed a drug delivery system utilizing 293T cell-derived extracellular vesicles (EVs) modified with an anti-CD7 single-chain variable fragment (αCD7/EVs). Given the challenges of chemotherapy resistance in patients with T-cell malignancy, we selected cytochrome C (CytC) and Bcl2 siRNA (siBcl2) as therapeutic agents and loaded them into αCD7/EVs (αCD7/EVs/CytC/siBcl2).

The Metaverse refers to the integration of physical and virtual realities, offering new possibilities for enhancing operations and services across various industries. However, its application in the energy sector is still in its nascent stage. The energy industry, crucial for the global economy and society, faces significant challenges due to its complex and risky nature, such as health, safety, and environmental (HSE) concerns, and the remote locations of extraction sites.

Methods: A rat model of pharmacological ovariectomy was established by injecting female rats with Gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist(GnRH-a).The rats were randomly divided into four groups: GnRH-a injected saline group (GnRH-a + NS); GnRH-a injected oestradiol group (GnRH-a + E2); GnRH-a injected Xiangshao granule group (GnRH-a + Xiangshao), and the control group of saline-injected rats (NS + NS).
Lymphoma is a malignant tumour of the lymphatic system with an incidence rate of about 6.6 per 100,000 people. Among the many lymphoma types, the most common is non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

Little is known about the underlying mechanisms of IBV-host interactions, particularly how IBV utilizes host metabolic pathways for efficient viral replication and transmission. In the present study, the effects of the cell membrane, viral envelope membrane, and viperin-mediated cholesterol synthesis on IBV replication were explored.

Currently, there are several ways to detect or predict FMH, however, most of them are flawed and time-consuming, as well as unsuitable for rapid diagnosis and timely intervention of FMH. To explore the values of umbilical artery blood gas analysis in the rapid diagnosis of FMH, providing basis for rapid guidance of newborn rescue.

Despite the recognition of USP33 as a significant factor in various cancers, its specific function and underlying mechanisms in ovarian cancer remain elusive. Proteomics and ubiquitinomics approaches were coupled to screen novel substrate proteins directly regulated by USP33.

To comprehensively understand the fracture mechanisms, material properties, root causes of failure, and the subsequent optimization of alloys, a detailed analysis of the internal fracture process and the morphological traits of the fracture surface is imperative. Traditional analysis of fracture surfaces solely relies on 2D images, thus lacking crucial 3D information.

The CNTFET has a quasi-one-dimensional structure so that the carrier can realize ballistic transport and has very high mobility. At the same time, a single CNTFET can integrate hundreds of nanowires as the conductive channels, enabling significant current transport capabilities even in low supply voltage, thereby providing a foundational basis for achieving nanoscale ultra-large-scale analog/logic circuits.

Methods: Based on TCGA and GTEx databases, we used TIMER2.0 online analysis tool and R language to analyze the expression of GAB2 in pan-cancer.
Introduction: The aim of this study was to investigate the expression and predictive value of NOD-like receptor thermal protein domain-related protein 3 (NLRP3) in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation (NVAF) with heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF).
Methods: This was a retrospective analysis of 121 patients diagnosed with NVAF. According to the occurrence of HFpEF, 81 patients were assigned to the NVAF group and 40 patients to the NVAF/HFpEF group.
This paper gives a definition of the Industrial Internet and expounds on the academic connotation of the future Industrial Internet. From this foundation, we outline the development and current status of the Industrial Internet in China and globally. Moreover, we detail the avant-garde paradigms encompassed within the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC)'s "Future Industrial Internet Fundamental Theory and Key Technologies" research plan and its corresponding management strategies.

In clinical settings, liposome delivery vehicles are used to reduce Dox cardiotoxicity. Here, we substitute extracellular vesicles (EVs) for liposomes and deeply investigate the mechanism for EV-encapsulated Dox delivery.

Infectious bronchitis (IB) is an acute, highly contagious contact respiratory disease of chickens caused by infectious bronchitis virus (IBV). IBV is very prone to mutation, which brings great difficulties to the prevention and control of the disease. Therefore, there is a pressing need for a method that is fast, sensitive, specific, and convenient for detecting IBV.

Despite its significance, the posttranslational modifications dictating RIPK4 stability in ovarian cancer remain largely uncharted. In this study, we first established that RIPK4 levels are markedly higher in metastatic than in primary ovarian cancer tissues through single-cell sequencing.
