Advancing nuclear transfer cloning in zebrafish (Danio rerio) into a translational pathway using interdisciplinary tools.

The Zebrafish International Resource Center (ZIRC) is an NIH-funded national stock center and germplasm repository that maintains and distributes genetically modified and wild-type zebrafish (Danio rerio) lines to the biomedical research community. The ZIRC and its community would benefit from incorporating somatic cell nuclear transfer (SCNT) cloning which would allow the preservation of diploid genomes. The goal of this study was to advance a zebrafish SCNT cloning protocol into a reproducible community-level pathway by use of process mapping and simulation modeling approaches to address training requirements, process constraints, and quality management gaps.

Patient-centered outcomes research (PCOR) translates evidence into practice for meaningful outcomes. This piece describes findings from an environmental scan and stakeholder outreach to identify and prioritize opportunities to enhance IDD PCOR data infrastructure.

Species in the genus vary widely in the morphology of the uterine tract, a characteristic often used to indicate membership in the genus, as it is tied to the reproductive mode.

A Retrospective Analysis of High Resolution Ultrasound Evaluation of the "Split Fat Sign" in Peripheral Nerve Sheath Tumors.

Peripheral nerve sheath tumors (PNST) comprise schwannomas and neurofibromas. The finding of increased adipose tissue around benign PNSTs has been described as the "split fat sign" on magnetic resonance imaging exams, which is suggestive of an intramuscular or intermuscular location of the tumor.
