Next-line therapies generally require combinations of drugs and afford nuanced differences in clinical outcomes relative to the treatment experience, toxicity profile, and quality of life.

Purpose: To assess ChatGPT's accuracy, relevance, and readability in answering patients' common imaging-related questions and examine the effect of a simple prompt.

Methods: A total of 22 imaging-related questions were developed from categories previously described as important to patients, as follows: safety, the radiology report, the procedure, preparation before imaging, meaning of terms, and medical staff. These questions were posed to ChatGPT with and without a short prompt instructing the model to provide an accurate and easy-to-understand response for the average person.

Background: Sexual health is understudied and underreported in patients with lung cancer, and most data precede the approval of widely used targeted therapies and immune checkpoint inhibitors. The authors sought to evaluate the prevalence of sexual dysfunction in women with lung cancer in our current clinical environment.

Purpose: To provide evidence-based recommendations to practicing clinicians on the management of patients with small-cell lung cancer.

Methods: An Expert Panel of medical oncology, thoracic surgery, radiation oncology, pulmonary, community oncology, research methodology, and advocacy experts were convened to conduct a literature search, which included systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and randomized controlled trials published from 1990 through 2022. Outcomes of interest included response rates, overall survival, disease-free survival or recurrence-free survival, and quality of life.

Purpose: This joint guideline by American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO) and the European Society for Radiotherapy and Oncology (ESTRO) was initiated to review evidence and provide recommendations regarding the use of local therapy in the management of extracranial oligometastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Local therapy is defined as the comprehensive treatment of all known cancer-primary tumor, regional nodal metastases, and metastases-with definitive intent.

Methods: ASTRO and ESTRO convened a task force to address 5 key questions focused on the use of local (radiation, surgery, other ablative methods) and systemic therapy in the management of oligometastatic NSCLC.

Many students with autism spectrum disorders (ASD) are educated separately from their typically developing peers, while others are placed in inclusive classes but without supports that would help them benefit from less restrictive placements. The needs of students with ASD who are in inclusive settings are often not planned for or met appropriately, resulting in continuing problems and movement to increasingly restrictive environments or private placements. There is a critical need for school models to fill the gap in appropriate services for this population of children with ASD.
