Rare association of Henoch-Schönlein Purpura with recurrent endocarditis.

We report a rare association of Henoch-Schönlein Purpura with recurrent endocarditis in a 36-year-old man presenting with rash and renal failure. Bacterial endocarditis can be complicated by renal failure of various etiologies. Biopsy may distinguish these and guide therapy as seen in this case.
