Two new norcassane-type diterpenoids, named 6-hydroxy-bisnorcass-13-en-12-one () and 6-hydroxy-bisnorcassan-12-one (), were isolated from the seeds of Hemsl. The structures of compounds - were determined by extensive spectroscopic analysis. Two compounds exhibited immunosuppressive activity with the IC values of 19.
