Existing Unbiased Scene Graph Generation (USGG) methods only focus on addressing the predicate-level imbalance that high-frequency classes dominate predictions of rare ones, while overlooking the concept-level imbalance. Actually, even if predicates themselves are balanced, there is still a significant concept-imbalance within them due to the long-tailed distribution of contexts (i.e.

Background: Developmental delay (DD) poses challenges to children's overall development, necessitating early detection and intervention. Existing screening tools in China focus mainly on children with developmental issues in two or more domains, diagnosed as global developmental delay (GDD). However, the recent rise of early childhood development (ECD) concepts has expanded the focus to include not only those with severe brain development impairments but also children who lag in specific domains due to various social-environmental factors, with the aim of promoting positive development through active intervention.

Although personalized neoantigen cancer vaccines have emerged as a promising strategy for cancer treatment, challenges remain to develop immune-stimulatory carriers which allow simultaneous transport of adjuvants and vaccines to lymph nodes (LNs). With inherent immunogenicity, genetic plasticity, and efficiency for large-scale production, M13 phages represent an attractive platform for vaccine delivery as natural bionanomaterials. Here, we report the discovery of an anti-CD40 designed ankyrin repeat protein (DARPin) and propose a bifunctional M13 ph age for neoantigen delivery based on this anti-CD40 DARPin protein (M13).

Ferroptosis is a unique cell death mode that relies on iron and lipid peroxidation (LPO) and is extensively utilized to treat drug-resistant tumor. However, like the other antitumor model, requirement of oxygen limited its application in treating the malignant tumors in anaerobic environments, just as photodynamic therapy, a very promising anticancer therapy. Here, we show that an iridium(III) complex (Ir-dF), which was often used in proton-coupled electron transport (PCET) process, can induce efficient cell death upon photo irradiation, which can be effectively protected by the typical ferroptosis inhibitor Fer-1 but not by the classic iron chelating agents and ROS scavengers.

The prevalence of food allergies in China seems to be increasing, but there are limited studies describing the pattern of food allergies across the country. This review highlights regional variations observed across China, with data indicating a higher prevalence in the more economically developed eastern and southern coastal regions compared to inland areas. Egg and milk are the most common allergies among children under 3 years old; for children above 3 years old, specific food allergens also show regional differences, with shellfish allergies being more common in southern and eastern coastal areas, while wheat and fruit allergies are more prevalent in northern regions.

Photodynamic Therapy (PDT) offers a promising minimally invasive treatment for breast cancer, but its efficacy is limited by the hostile tumor microenvironment (TME), including hypoxia and high glutathione (GSH) levels. Although various strategies to improve oxygen concentration or reduce reactive oxygen species (ROS) resistance for enhanced PDT have been explored, they typically require intricate design and complex synthesis of multifunctional nanocarriers. Thus, this study introduces a facile KFeO-induced strategy to enhance PDT efficiency in breast cancer through the tumor in situ synthesis of FeO and O.

Non-volatile photomemory based on photomodulated luminescent materials offers unique advantages over voltage-driven memory, including low residual crosstalk and high storage speed. However, conventional materials have thus far been volatile and insecure for data storage because of low trap depth and single-level storage channels. Therefore, the development of a novel non-volatile multilevel storage medium for data encryption remains a challenge.

The quasi-Fermi level splitting (QFLS) deficit caused by the non-radiative recombination at the interface of perovskite/electron transport layer (ETL) can lead to severe open-circuit voltage (V) loss and thus decreases the efficiency of perovskite solar cells (PSCs), however, has received limited attention in inverted tin-lead PSCs. Herein, the strategy of constructing an extra-electric field is presented by introducing ferroelectric polymer dipoles (FPD)-β-poly(1,1-difluoroethylene)-to suppress the QFLS deficit. The directional polarization of FPD can enhance the built-in electric field (BEF) and thus promote the charge transfer at the perovskite/ETL interface, which effectively suppresses non-radiative recombination.

Semi-supervised Action Quality Assessment (AQA) using limited labeled and massive unlabeled samples to achieve high-quality assessment is an attractive but challenging task. The main challenge relies on how to exploit solid and consistent representations of action sequences for building a bridge between labeled and unlabeled samples in the semi-supervised AQA. To address the issue, we propose a Self-supervised sub-Action Parsing Network (SAP-Net) that employs a teacher-student network structure to learn consistent semantic representations between labeled and unlabeled samples for semi-supervised AQA.
