Objective: Sacral neuromodulation (SNM) has emerged as an effective therapy for refractory lower urinary tract dysfunction (LUTD). Remote programming holds promise in addressing the time and economic burdens associated with outpatient programming, especially for patients in the observation period following Stage I implant surgery (where the lead is implanted first without the pulse generator). The study aimed to explore the effectiveness and patient satisfaction of remote programming for Stage I SNM patients, and analyze the benefits patients gain from remote programming.

It usually causes multiple solid tumors and exhibits strong aggressiveness with poor prognosis, with a reported 5-year survival rate of less than 50%. Cases of brain and retroperitoneal metastases at the initial diagnosis have not yet been reported.

Several trials introduced stem cell into clinical practice, but divergences emerged.
Aim: To further investigate the therapeutic effects of stem cell on DMED in preclinical studies and investigate some possible factors that influence curative effects.
Objective: To investigate the application value of magnetic resonance-ultrasound fusion (MR-USF) guided transperineal prostate biopsy (TPPB) in the diagnosis of prostate cancer.
Methods: Relevant data were collected retrospectively from 77 patients undergoing MR-USF guided TPPB (n = 22) or 12-core systematic prostate biopsy (SPB) (n = 55) in Binhai People's Hospital from May to July 2019 and statistically analyzed using the software Graphad Prism 7.0 and SPSS 22.
Background: It is undeniable that the tumor microenvironment (TME) plays an indispensable role in the progression of kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC). However, the precise mechanism of activities in TME is still unclear.
Methods And Results: Using the CIBERSORT and ESTIMATE calculation methods, the scores of the two main fractions of tumor-infiltrating immune cells (TICs) from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database of 537 KIRC patients were calculated.

In order to analyze the sustainability of this new protocol, a systematic review and meta-analysis is performed based on the published articles. We performed a critical review according to the preferred reporting items for systematic review and meta-analysis (PRISMA) and MOOSE guidelines.

This meta-analysis was conducted to comprehensively evaluate the diagnostic value of SLN in assessing lymph nodal metastasis in pelvic malignancies, using ICG with NIR imaging in robotic-assisted surgery. A literature search was conducted using PubMed for studies in English before April 2019.
