Major depressive disorder (MDD) is a highly prevalent psychiatric disorder with remarkable inter-subject variability in clinical manifestations. Neuroimaging changes of the cerebellum have been recently proposed as a way to characterize MDD-related brain disruptions and might further explain various clinical symptoms.
