Purpose: To determine the latent class and heterogeneous associations of oral health behaviors (OHB) with caries in preschool children aged 3-6 years, and to develop effective oral health interventions for improving their health status.

Methods: Latent class analysis(LCA) was applied to classify eight OHBs in three dimensions: oral hygiene, dietary habits, and preventive protection in 595 preschool children. Optimal classes were determined using model fitting and explanatory metrics, and marginal effects were estimated using bivariate association and multivariate regression models.

Objective: To explore the repair effect of tissue engineering for annulus fibrosus (AF) injury in stress-stimulation environment.

Methods: Non-adhesive fibrinogen (Fib) representing the repair with non-stress stimulation and adhesive hydrogel of fibrinogen, thrombin and genipin mixture (Fib-T-G) representing the repair with stress stimulation were prepared to repair the AF lesion. The relationship between adhesion and stress stimulation was studied in rheological measurements, tension tests and atomic force microscopy (AFM) experiments.

Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Guliu capsule (GLC) combined with 89Sr in treating metastatic bone tumors.

Methods: On the basis of random sampling and grouping, 50 patients with metastatic bone tumors were selected to receive combined treatment with GLC and (89)Sr with another 50 patients recruited for (89)Sr treatment alone. The therapeutic effect of the therapies were evaluated according to the relief of ostalgia and quality-of life (QOF), local bone metabolism and hematopoietic function of the bone marrow.

Objective: To study the effect of chemotherapy assisted with shenqi fuzheng injection (SFI) on senile patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).

Methods: One hundred and twenty old patients with NSCLC were treated with NP chemotherapeutic protocol, to the 60 patients in the treated group among them, additional medication of SFI was started one week before the beginning of chemotherapy. The short-term therapeutic efficacy, long-term survival rate, changes on quality of life (QOL) and immune function of patients, and hematological toxicity of therapy were observed.
