Treatment of Chronic Dislocated Patella in a Skeletally Mature Down Syndrome Patient: A Case Report.

Case: A 55-year-old man with Down syndrome (DS) suffered from chronic irreducible right patellar dislocation. Imaging studies showed an attenuated appearance of the medial patellar retinaculum, and the tibial tubercle to trochlear groove distance measured 1.6 cm.
