Regulation of lncRNA PVT1 on miR-125 in metastasis of gastric cancer cells.

Regulation of long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) PVT1 on miR-125 affecting the metastasis of gastric cancer cells and the mechanism were investigated. qPCR was used to detect the expression of PVT1 and miR-125 in gastric cancer and paracancerous tissues, and the relationship between PVT1 and clinicopathological parameters of gastric cancer patients. Dual luciferase reporter gene was used to detect the mutual effect between PVT1 and miR-125.
