During the detection of formaldehyde, sensitivity and selectivity is still a challenging issue for most reported gas sensors. Herein, an alternative formaldehyde chemosensor that is based on porous ZnSnO nanocubes was synthesized. The products are characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM (HRTEM), XPS, PL measurements and N adsorption-desorption.

Biomimetic synthesis of calcium carbonate with various polymorphs, sizes and morphologies by using organic substrates has become an interesting topic for the last years. Calcium carbonate has been synthesized by the reaction of Na2CO3 and CaCl2 in the presence of extract components of croaker gill. The products were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD) and Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectrum, and particle morphologies were observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM).

Many studies have revealed that the application of multiple-acupoints combination in the treatment of different clinical conditions or illnesses may lead to three outcomes, i.e.
