Purpose: To investigate the myopia control efficacy of novel Lenslet-ARray-Integrated (LARI) spectacle lenses with positive power lenslets (PLARI) and negative power lenslets (NLARI) worn for 1 year in myopic children.
Design: Randomized, double-masked, controlled clinical trial.
Participants: A total of 240 children 6 to 12 years of age with spherical equivalent refraction (SER) between -4.
Zearalenone (ZEN) is an extremely hazardous chemical widely existing in cereals, and its high-sensitivity detection possesses significant significance to human health. Here, the cathodic aggregation-induced electrochemiluminescence (AIECL) performance of tetraphenylethylene nanoaggregates (TPE NAs) was modulated by solvent regulation, based on which an electrochemiluminescence (ECL) aptasensor was constructed for sensitive detection of ZEN. The aggregation state and AIECL of TPE NAs were directly and simply controlled by adjusting the type of organic solvent and the fraction of water, which solved the current shortcomings of low strength and weak stability of the cathode ECL signal for TPE.

Purpose: To evaluate the outcomes of deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty (DALK) in treating keratoconus in relation to cone base diameter (CBD).
Methods: A retrospective study. Sixty-one eyes of 49 keratoconus patients who underwent DALK between 2009 and 2018 were enrolled.
Background: This retrospective study was designed to investigate the sole influence of orthokeratology (OK) lens fitting decentration on the Zernike coefficients of the reshaped anterior corneal surface.
Methods: This study comprised a review of 106 right eyes and measurements of corneal topography both before OK and at 1-month follow-up visit. A routine was designed to calculate local corneal surface astigmatism and assist the determination of OK lens fitting decentration from pupil center.
