Objectives: The loss of enteric neurons has been shown to be a major cause of slow transit constipation (STC). Gut microbiota and muscularis macrophages (MMs) are associated with the enteric nervous system (ENS) development and gastrointestinal (GI) motility. This study aimed to investigate whether Dioscin (DIO) increased GI motility and inhibited neuron loss by modulating gut microbiota profile, improving inflammation in the ENS microenvironment.

In this work, a feasible method was proposed to prepare MoS-based plasmonic hybrid systems with high photoluminescence (PL) emission enhancement. The enhancement effect of plasmonic hybrids on the PL emission of MoS has been systematically studied on MoS/Ag spherical nanoparticle (SP) hybrid systems with different architectures by changing the stacking position of Ag SPs. It is demonstrated that the sandwich-like hybrid composed of monolayer MoS and dielectric AlO layer between two layers of Ag SPs has the highest PL enhancement.

We developed a facile method for the growth of hollow structured NiCoO nanoparticles on a graphene sheet (NiCoO-h/G). The hollow NiCoO nanoparticles have an average diameter of approximately 10.0 nm and a shell thickness of merely 2.
