Social dilemmas have been a popular research topic in the past 30 years, yet there is still a lack of interdisciplinary reviews. This study represents the first attempt to conduct a bibliometric analysis of social dilemma research over the past 30 years, aiming to identify the research status, research hotspots, and future trends in this domain. We conduct an interdisciplinary analysis of 3630 articles from 1993 to 2023 using CiteSpace software.

These issues can be addressed using a novel strategy that promotes bone repair after removing residual tumors. Therefore, a 3D-printed porous polylactic acid (PLA) scaffold (PH-GBS@CCP) filled with hydrogel and surface-modified with nano-hydroxyapatite (nHA) is designed.

To achieve real-time deep learning wavefront sensing (DLWFS) of dynamic random wavefront distortions induced by atmospheric turbulence, this study proposes an enhanced wavefront sensing neural network (WFSNet) based on convolutional neural networks (CNN). We introduce a novel multi-objective neural architecture search (MNAS) method designed to attain Pareto optimality in terms of error and floating-point operations (FLOPs) for the WFSNet. Utilizing EfficientNet-B0 prototypes, we propose a WFSNet with enhanced neural architecture which significantly reduces computational costs by 80% while improving wavefront sensing accuracy by 22%.

Methods: Biomechanical experiments and finite element analysis (FEA) were employed to compare the performance of the AO cancellous lag screw (AOCLS) and a newly developed combined cancellous lag screw (CCLS).
Results: The results demonstrated that the CCLS provided a higher IFCF without the risk of over-screwing, significantly improving fixation stability.
Rural Revitalization (RR) is a key national strategy in China aimed at sustainable rural development and has gained significant attention. Given the unique characteristics of different villages, understanding differentiated paths to achieve RR is essential. This study introduces a new "5I Framework" (INDUS-INHAB-INDOC-INFRA-INCOM) to assess RR's overall development status (ODS) and differentiated paths.

The surface reconstruction has been widely observed in perovskite catalysts, and the reconstruction degree has been often correlated with the activity enhancement. Here, a systematic study on the roles of Fe substitution in activation of perovskite LaNiO is reported.

This study offers new insights into college students' health education (CSHE) regarding its research status, hot spots, and trends by conducting a comprehensive bibliometric analysis of this field in the past decade (2014 to 2024). Specifically, we analyzed publication trends and used the bibliometric method with CiteSpace software to explore collaborative networks, detailed co-citation status, and co-occurrence dynamics based on 1358 Web of Science Core Collection articles. Our results indicate increased relevant publications and the collaboration networks show complex institutional and regional partnerships.

The main pathological manifestations are abnormal proliferation of keloid fibroblasts (KEL-FIB). This study researched periostin (POSTN) on keloid fibroblasts (KEL-FIB) and the associated mechanism, aiming to provide a reference for the targeted therapy of keloid.

Firstly, we design a non-uniform refractive index convolutional neural network (NRI-CNN) to modify the refractive index and extract a feature vector. Then we propose an iterative Green's function algorithm (IGFA) to approximately solve the Helmholtz equation.

Materials And Methods: Twenty-eight miniscrews were placed in the infrazygomatic crest region of 28 cadaver maxillae using the direct manual method (n = 14) or the CPSD (n = 14) based on preset trajectories. The CPSD, designed based on the integration model, included a positioning guide, an insertion guide, and a depth-limiting groove.
Objectives: Effectiveness of nirmatrelvir/ritonavir (NR) in kidney transplant recipients (KTRs) infected COVID-19 for more than 5 days has not been evaluated.
Methods: In this multicenter retrospective study, 85 KTRs with COVID-19 were enrolled, including 50 moderate, 21 severe, and 14 critical patients.
Results: The median time from onset to starting NR treatment was 14 (IQR, 11-19) days.

Cytochrome P450 monooxygenases in insects have been verified to implicated in insecticide and phytochemical detoxification metabolism. However, the regulation of P450s, which are modulated by signal-regulated transcription factors (TFs), is less well studied in insects. Here, we found that the Malpighian tubule specific P450 gene in is induced by xenobiotics.

The aim of this study was to analyse the primary stability of infrazygomatic crest mini-screws at different angles and to explore the effects of the exposure length (EL), screw-cortical bone contact area (SCA), and screw-trabecular bone contact area (STA) on this primary stability.
Methods: Ninety synthetic bones were assigned to nine groups to insert mini-screws at the cross-combined angles in the occlusogingival and mesiodistal directions.
Objective: To propose a technique of gradual expansion of pedicle diameter to place screws on the thinner pedicle that is difficult to place screws in scoliosis orthopedic surgery, in order to place thicker pedicle screws in the premise of good safety to achieve good stability and orthopaedic effect.
Methods: The authors reviewed that 36 patients with Adolescent idiopathic scoliosis (AIS) (20 females, 16 males) in our department from June 2020 to March 2024 underwent posterior spinal correction and internal fixation were enrolled in the present study. 194 pedicles had narrower diameter ranging from 0 mm to 4.
The effective isolation of rare target cells, such as circulating tumor cells, from whole blood is still challenging due to the lack of a capturing surface with strong target-binding affinity and non-target-cell resistance. Here we present a solution leveraging the flexibility of bacterial virus (phage) nanofibers with their sidewalls displaying target circulating tumor cell-specific aptamers and their ends tethered to magnetic beads. Such flexible phages, with low stiffness and Young's modulus, can twist and adapt to recognize the cell receptors, energetically enhancing target cell capturing and entropically discouraging non-target cells (white blood cells) adsorption.

Cytochrome P450 monooxygenases have been strongly implicated in insecticide and phytochemical detoxification in insects. In this study, RNA-seq results reveal that P450s of , especially the CYP3 clan, are dominant in cyantraniliprole, nicotine, and gossypol detoxification.
