Objective: The aim of this study was to compare the therapeutic effects of the mini-open incision and conventional open surgery for carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS).
Methods: The clinical data of 52 patients with CTS treated at the First Affiliated Hospital of the University of Science and Technology of China from October 2020 to February 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into the conventional open surgery group (28 cases) and the mini-open incision group (24 cases) according to different surgical incisions applied.

Müller-Weiss Disease (MWD) is a rare foot disease with unclear etiology but frequently occurred in women. Due to the resistance to conservative treatment, surgical therapy has gradually occupied a necessary position in the clinical management of MWD. Joint fusion surgery is a commonly used treatment for MWD, which could effectively alleviate pain, correct deformation, and restore function.
