The widespread use of copper (Cu) has raised concerns about environmental pollution and adverse effects on human health, highlighting the need to develop copper detection methods. Developing near-infrared (NIR) luminescent probes for imaging subcellular Cu is still a challenge. In this work, we have developed a luminescence probe based on a NIR iridium(III) complex, which rapidly detects Cu by combining salicylaldehyde and amine groups through a simple Schiff base reaction on the N^N ligand.

Recently, the genetically encoded GV gene clusters have been heterologously expressed in Escherichia coli, allowing these genetically engineered bacteria to be visualized in vivo in a real-time manner by ultrasound. However, most of the GV genes remained functionally uncharacterized, which makes it difficult to regulate and modify GVs for broad medical applications.

Each treatment had 4 replicates. Soil microbial DNA was extracted from 20 soil samples, and then high-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyse the structure and distribution of bacterial and fungal communities.

The infrared spectrum was used to discuss structure change of soil humus and components of chemical groups in soil humic acids (HA) and fulvic acids (FA) isolated from soils in different fertilization treatment after 26 year's fertilization. The result indicated that using the infrared spectroscopy method for the determination of humus, humus fractions (HA and FA) and their structure is feasible. Fertilization affected the structure and content of soil humus and aromatization degree.
