Patients And Methods: The clinical data of female patients with SUI who underwent surgery at our hospital from January 2014 to February 2023 and healthy female volunteers recruited during the same period were retrospectively analyzed according to age and body mass index (BMI). Venous blood samples were taken from all subjects, and levels of estradiol, luteinizing hormone, prolactin, follicle-stimulating hormone, progesterone, and testosterone were measured by radioimmunoassay.
