Background: Vaginal tightening or vaginoplasty has been gaining popularity, while validated methods of evaluation and treatment are still lacking. Herein, we describe a bilateral wall tightening technique for vaginal laxity and evaluate the feasibility of this method.

Capsular contracture is one of the most common complications of breast implants, which often leads to secondary surgery. Patients with unconspicuous breast contracture do not need treatment, while for those with severe symptoms, a capsule revision surgery is of great necessity, including a total periprosthetic capsulectomy and replacement with a new implant. Essential thrombocythemia (ET) is a chronic clonal myeloproliferative disorder, which is often complicated by arterial or venous thrombosis and idiopathic bleeding diathesis.
