MSSFNet: A Multiscale Spatial-Spectral Fusion Network for Extracting Offshore Floating Raft Aquaculture Areas in Multispectral Remote Sensing Images.

Accurately extracting large-scale offshore floating raft aquaculture (FRA) areas is crucial for supporting scientific planning and precise aquaculture management. While remote sensing technology offers advantages such as wide coverage, rapid imaging, and multispectral capabilities for FRA monitoring, the current methods face challenges in terms of establishing spatial-spectral correlations and extracting multiscale features, thereby limiting their accuracy. To address these issues, we propose an innovative multiscale spatial-spectral fusion network (MSSFNet) designed specifically for extracting offshore FRA areas from multispectral remote sensing imagery.

Evaluation of the Integrated Information System for Brucellosis Case Diagnosis and Management - Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, China, 2019.

Wulanchabu City Center for Endemic Disease Prevention and Control had established and used a Brucellosis Integrated Information System (BIIS) since 2013. However, it had not been systematically evaluated and promoted so far. The BIIS had significantly improved the efficiency of brucellosis reporting and provided convenience for follow-up management of cases, which was valuable for finishing completely routine therapy.

We evaluated the sustainable and coordinated development of urban and rural medical care from 2008-2017 in Dalian, China, by developing an evaluation system based on population and health services. We used a comprehensive development index model and a coupling coordination model to evaluate the status and sustainable development of population and medical services in Dalian.

How to effectively reduce the disparity between urban and rural medical healthcare has become a major global concern. In China, the government has issued a series of reform measures to address the gap between urban and rural medical care. To explore the impact of China's medical system reforms in improving health services in urban and rural areas and understand the factors promoting and hindering progress, we evaluated the healthcare system in Dalian City, China, from 2008 to 2017.
