Objective: To assess the feasibility and safety of three-dimensional (3D) laparoscopic nephrectomy in combination with bench surgery and autotransplantation for treating highly complex renal tumors.
Materials And Methods: The clinical data of six patients with highly complex renal cell carcinoma were collected. All patients underwent 3D laparoscopic nephrectomy in combination with bench surgery and autotransplantation by the same surgeons, two of them had previously undergone laparoscopic partial nephrectomy for contralateral renal cancer.
Objectives: We aimed to establish a survival model for patients with upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC).
Methods: A total of 241 patients with UTUC treated from January 2010 to December 2018 were selected. Their general clinical data were collected, and urological indices were measured.
Background: To explore the role of LncFEZF1-AS1 in renal cell carcinoma (RCC) tissues and cells, and the possible molecular mechanism.
Methods: Expressions of LncFEZF1-AS1 in RCC tissues and adjacent ones were detected. The association of LncFEZF1-AS1 level with clinical data of RCC patients was also analyzed.
Despite major advances in combating pathogenic bacteria caused infection, infectious diseases remain a major cause of death today. A variety of bacteria detection approaches have been established by exploiting the aptamer to specifically identify target. However, these methods require specific equipment or laboratory based instruments, which is expensive and not easily available to the public.

However, the mechanism of this effect is still not well understood. Our study is aimed to investigate the effect of MSCs on transforming growth factor beta 1 (TGF-β1)-induced epithelial mesenchymal transition (EMT) in renal tubular epithelial cells (HK-2 cells) and the underlying mechanism related to the reciprocal balance between hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) and TGF-β1.

In this study, we aim to investigate the expression level of SNHG7 and its biological functions on prostate cancer cells. Results indicated that SNHG7 expression was significantly up-regulated in prostate cancer tissue and cell lines.

Objective: To assess the effect of bladder neck preservation (BNP) on postoperative continence during laparoscopic radical prostatectomy.
Methods: One hundred and forty-five patients with localized prostate cancer (Tlb-T2c) underwent laparoscopic radical prostatectomy in our center from July 2006 to May 2010, including 59 cases treated with bladder neck preservation (BNP group) and 86 cases with bladder neck resection (non-BNP group). All cases were diagnosed as prostate cancer by transrectal ultrasonography-guided prostate biopsy preoperatively, in which localized tumors were confirmed by CT or MRI and distant metastases were ruled out by ECT bone scan.
