Objective: To investigate the temporal relationship of medial unicompartmental knee arthroplasty (UKA) and forgotten joint score (FJS), and to analysis the predictive factors associated with FJS after medial UKA.

Methods: This is a cross-sectional observational study. A total of 188 cases of medial UKA were included in this study, and all the prostheses used were Oxford mobile-bearing UKA from January 2016 to January 2019.

Objective: To study the effect of cyclin dependent kinase(CDK) inhibitor LS-007 on acute lymphoblastic leukemia and its mechanism.

Methods: The acute lymphocytic leukemia cell line was cultured and treated by LS-007, flavopiridol and ABT-199, then the changes of apoptosis-related factor mRNA and protein levels were detected by using mRNA quantitative PCR and Werstern blot.

Results: quantitative PCR and Western blot detection showed that the levels of antiapoptotic protein decreased significantly in acute lymphoblastic leukemia cells after LS-007 treatment, and the pro-apoptotic effect of LS-007 combined with ABT-199 was much better.

We expressed the Arabidopsis thaliana histone AtHTA1 in rice under the control of the maize ubiquitin promoter. Transformation efficiencies of rice plants that constitutively expressed AtHTA1 were 28-44% higher than calli containing an empty vector control. Furthermore, co-infection of rice calli with a vector containing AtHTA1 and another vector with the target gene increased transformation by 27-50%.

A new method was developed to fast discriminate brands of brake fluid by means of visual-near infrared spectroscopy. Five different brands of brake fluid were analyzed using a handheld near infrared spectrograph, manufactured by ASD Company, and 60 samples were gotten from each brand of brake fluid. The samples data were pretreated using average smoothing and standard normal variable method, and then analyzed using principal component analysis (PCA).

Sunscreen index is the primary indicator of the protection effect of sunscreen cosmetics. A handheld spectrometer was used to study the relationship between sunscreen index and reflectance spectra. Three kinds of Dingjiayi brand sunscreen cosmetics, which is SPF15, SPF20 and SPF30, were chosen as experimental material.
