CuS nanosheets with controllable morphology and alignment for memristor devices.

In electrochemical metallization memristor, the performance of resistive switching (RS) is influenced by the forming and fusing of conductive filaments within the dielectric layer. However, the growth of filaments, mostly, is unpredictable and uncontrollable. For this reason, to optimize ions migration paths in the dielectric layer itself in the Al/CuS/Cu structure, uniform CuS nanosheets films have been synthesized using anodization for various time spans.

[Assessment and management of difficult airways in neonates with Pierre Robin sequence].

Objective: To assess the difficult airways preoperatively in neonates with Pierre Robin sequence (PRS).

Methods: A total of 18 newborn PRS with difficult intubation were evaluated with the assessment grade. The scores were based upon clinical observation, weight gain, airway obstruction and Cormack-Lehane classification.

[Distribution and effects of 5-HT(1A) receptors in distal cerebral spinal fluid-contacting neurons in rat brain parenchyma in neuropathic pain].

The present study aimed to explore the effects of 5-HT(1A) receptors in the distal cerebral spinal fluid-contacting neurons (CSF-CNs) in rat brain parenchyma in neuropathic pain. The model of neuropathic pain with chronic constriction injury (CCI) of the sciatic nerve was made in Sprague-Dawley rats. The behavioral studies of animal were scored and the paw withdrawal latency (PWL) and paw withdrawal threshold (PWT) were measured.
