Mixed-oxygen ionic and electronic conduction is crucial for the cathode materials of solid oxide fuel cells, ensuring high efficiency and low-temperature operation. However, the electronic and oxygen ionic conductivity of traditional Fe-based layered perovskite cathode materials is low, resulting in insufficient oxygen reduction reactivity.
