The contact force between lunar-based equipment and lunar soil.

Lunar-based equipment plays a vital role in the exploration of the moon because it undertakes the tasks of moving, transporting, digging, and so on. In order to control the gait of lunar-based equipment more precisely and guarantee mobile stability, the contact mechanism between its foot and lunar soil is worthy of in-depth study. In this paper, a contact model is proposed to predict the stress, strain, and displacement both on the contact surface and in the lunar soil when the foot is under vertical load.

A randomized controlled trial of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy for major depressive disorder in undergraduate students: Dose- response effect, inflammatory markers and BDNF.

To examine the dose-response effect of mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT) for college students with major depressive disorder (MDD), a randomized control trial with MBCT and a wait-list (WL) group was performed. All participants were invited to self-administer a set of questionnaires at baseline, mid-intervention (4th week), and post-intervention (8th week) by the 9-item Patient Health Questionnaire (PHQ-9), the 7-item Generalized Anxiety Disorder scale (GAD-7), the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), the Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ), the Self-Compassion Scale (SCS). The serum levels of IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α, BDNF were detected at baseline and post-intervention.

Characteristics of fish community structure and environmental driving factors in Taihu Lake during the first year of fishing ban.

Taihu Lake has officially implemented the full fishing ban policy since October 1, 2020. We investigated fish community of Taihu Lake in the four seasons of 2020. A total of 42 fish species were collected, belonging to 6 orders, 7 families, and 33 genera.

Comparing the Effects of Short-Term Liuzijue Exercise and Core Stability Training on Balance Function in Patients Recovering From Stroke: A Pilot Randomized Controlled Trial.

Aims: Liuzijue Qigong (LQG) exercise is a traditional Chinese exercise method in which breathing and pronunciation are combined with movement guidance. Breathing is closely related to balance, and LQG, as a special breathing exercise, can be applied to balance dysfunction after stroke. The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical effects of short-term LQG exercise on balance function in patients recovering from stroke.

Effect of adverse childhood experiences on hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis function and antidepressant efficacy in untreated first episode patients with major depressive disorder.

Adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) has been associated not only with an increased vulnerability for stress-related psychiatric disorders but also with distinct alterations of the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis function and the immune system. The aim of this study is to examine differences in the HPA axis between major depressive disorder (MDD) patients with and without ACEs, and to explore differences in efficacy and HPA changes after long term antidepressant treatment between these two groups. A cohort of 803 patients with MDD were recruited.

Prognostic value of serum amyloid A in patients with COVID-19.

Objective: To investigate the prognostic value of serum amyloid A (SAA) in the patients with Corona Virus Disease 2019 (COVID-19).

Methods: The medical data of 89 COVID-19 patients admitted to Renmin Hospital of Wuhan University from January 3, 2020 to February 26, 2020 were collected. Eighty-nine cases were divided into survival group (53 cases) and non-survival group (36 cases) according to the results of 28-day follow-up.

Neuroendocrine abnormalities associated with untreated first episode patients of major depressive disorder with comorbid obstructive sleep apnea.

There are few studies that explore the relationship of neuroendocrine hormones of the HPA, HPT and HPG axes with major depressive disorder (MDD) with comorbid obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). The aim of this study is to examine neuroendocrine abnormalities and the relationship in untreated first episode patients of MDD comorbided with OSA. Polysomnography, neuroendocrine hormones were determined for 111 patients.

[Serum Level of MiR-609 and Its Clinical Prognostic Value in Patients with Thalassemia].

Objective: To investigate the level of serum microRNA-609 and its clinical prognostic value in patients with thalassemia.

Methods: One hundred and twenty-seven patients with thalassemia treated in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected, 100 healthy persons were selected as control group. The changes of miR-609 were analyzed by RT-PCR, the relationship between miR-609 and clinical indicators of thalassemia was analyzed, and the prognostic risk factors of thalassemia were evaluated by multivariate logistic regression analysis.

[Health Care-seeking Behaviors in Mosuo and Pumi People in Yunnan Ninglang].

Objective To investigate the health care-seeking behaviors of Mosuo and Pumi people.Methods The subjects were enrolled by using the multi-stage stratified random sampling method and surveyed by the self-designed questionnaire.Results To tally 1669 subjects including 1121 Mosuo people and 548 Pumi people completed the survey.

There are few studies that explore simultaneously the relationship of neuroendocrine hormones of the HPA, HPT and HPG axes with major depressive disorder (MDD) and bipolar disorder (BD). The aim of this study is to examine the relationship of neuroendocrine pathways with affective disorders by comparing the differences in measures of neuroendocrine function between untreated first episode patients with MDD and BD. A cohort of 679 MDD and 83 BD patients was recruited.

A three-decade repeated cross-sectional survey on mental health of the Chinese Jino minority.

Objective: As there is growing evidence outlining varying degrees of social, economic and cultural changes among minority groups in China, there was a need to undertake research to determine whether modernization and urbanization of China has had an impact on the mental health of individuals from minority groups. In 1979, the Jino ethnic minority group was the last minority group to be designated a minority by the Chinese Central Government. As a direct result of the Chinese Government intervention, the Jino society began transitioning from a traditional rural lifestyle existence to that of a more modern urban lifestyle.

A novel model for evaluating thrombolytic therapy in dogs with ST-elevation myocardial infarction.

Background: There is still no standard large animal model for evaluating the effectiveness of potential thrombolytic therapies. Here, we aimed to develop a new beagle model with ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) by injecting autologous emboli with similar components of coronary thrombus.

Methods: 18 male beagles were included and divided into three groups: red embolus group (n = 6), white embolus group (n = 6) or white embolus + rt-PA group (n = 6).

Influence of polyethylene glycol coating on biodistribution and toxicity of nanoscale graphene oxide in mice after intravenous injection.

In this study, we assessed the in vivo behavior and toxicology of nanoscale graphene oxide (NGO) in mice after intravenous injection. The influence of a polyethylene glycol (PEG) coating on the distribution and toxicity of the NGO was also investigated. The results show that NGO is mainly retained in the liver, lung, and spleen.

Association study of serotonin transporter SLC6A4 gene with Chinese Han irritable bowel syndrome.

Objective: Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a common clinical gastrointestinal dysfunction disorders. 5-sertonon (5-hydroxytryptamine, 5-HT) is a very important neurotransmitter, which is involved in gastrointestinal motion and sensation. Solute carrier family 6 member 4 (SLC6A4) gene encode serotonin transporter (SERT) which function is to rapidly reuptake the most of 5-HT.

Prevalence and prognosis of schizophrenia in Jinuo people in China: a prospective 30-year follow-up study.

Background: There are few studies investigating the influence of the development on mental health of minorities in China.

Aims: To follow up the prevalence, natural course and prognosis of schizophrenia in Jinuo people, the last group to be recognized as a 'national minority' in China, every 10 years since 1979.

Methods: From 1979 to 2009, 15%-19% of Jinuo residents were evaluated by random cluster sampling and followed up every 10 years using the Chinese version of the Composite International Diagnostic Interview (CIDI) as the screening tool and the International Classification of Diseases (ICD) as diagnostic criteria tool.
