Summarize the value of the change of different parts in treadmill exercise test (TET) ECG to coronary heart disease (CHD) diagnosis. Four hundred and forty-five cases have been included in this investigation, which stayed in our hospital from January of 2006 to March of 2011 and underwent TET and coronary arteriography (CAG). The change of different parts in TET ECG in these patients had been retrospective summarized to determine its diagnosis value to CHD.

To study the response of the cardiovascular system, to exercise tolerance in-patients over 75 years old with coronary heart disease (CHD), and to evaluate the significance of the parameters of the treadmill exercise test (TET). 110 patients received TET and coronary artery angiography. They were divided into two groups: the elderly patients group included 50 patients over 75 years old, and the control group included 60 patients under 60 years old.

The objective of the study was to explore the prevalence and characteristics of myocardial bridging in patients who underwent coronary angiography and to also evaluate the correlation between bridged coronary segments and atherosclerosis. For this purpose, clinical materials of 1,500 patients who had received coronary angiography were retrospectively analyzed. The location and length of the myocardial bridge were recorded as well as the extent and location of coronary artery stenosis was described.

The aim of this study was to determine the diagnostic value of treadmill exercise test (TET) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) by comparing the diagnostic conclusions with coronary angiography (CAG). Patients (445) with CHD and suspected CHD underwent TET and CAG, and the corresponding diagnostic conclusions were compared. (1) Out of the 200 cases that had the positive result with TET, 150 cases had been diagnosed CHD by means of CAG; Out of the 245 cases that had the negative result during TET, only 39 cases had been diagnosed CHD by means of CAG.

Eighteen mongrel dogs were anesthetized and administrated with ibutilide. The pacing thresholds and induction rates of atrial fibrillation were measured with and without ibutilide (10-min infusion dose was 0.

For this purpose, 18 mongrel dogs were injected intravenously with ibutilide and the changes in heart rate, sinus node recovery time, and AVN were measured. Our data show that ibutilide administration caused significant suppression of the sinus atrial node, the peak response time was 20-30 min, and the heart rate was restored to pre-drug administration level.

The data of in vivo XRF Pb in human bone were obtained within China by using the in vivo XRF set. The K series X-ray of Pb were applied to determine the in vivo Pb concentration in tibia and calcaneus among Chinese mainland residents. For general population, the weighted average of Pb in bone was 0.

The instrument parameters were optimized, and the matrix effects as well as the method of eliminating interferences were also studied systemically. The results showed that matrix interference in the superconductor powder was serious when the amount of matrix increased, and the repeatability as well as the accuracy was poor, so it was necessary to used separation and preconcentration to improve the accuracy and precision.

Objective: To observe the electrophysiological effects of ibutilide on canine and to explore the potential mechanisms of ibutilide on terminating atrial flutter.
Methods: Eighteen mongrel dogs were anesthetized and intubated. The heart was exposed through thoracotomy for electrodes implantation.
Background And Objective: Proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) of the liver in vivo is in experimental phase. MRS observation on liver cancer after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE) has seldom been reported. This study was to investigate the value of MRS in assessing the metabolic changes of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) after TACE.

Methods And Results: In 10 mongrel dogs, programmed stimulation and local burst stimulation (12.5 Hz, impulse duration 0.
Objective: To test the hypothesis that regional sympathetic innervation in the atria and pulmonary veins are correlated with atrial fibrillation (AF).
Methods: Sixteen adult mongrel dogs underwent thoracotomy under general anesthesia. Bilateral cervical vagal trunks were decentralized.
Objective: To investigate the vagal effects on the inducibility of atrial fibrillation (AF) at different sites of pulmonary vein after autonomic denervation.
Methods: The bilateral cervical vagal trunks of 10 male mongrel dogs were isolated and decentralized. The ansae subclaviae were exposed, ligated, and cut.

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of intravenous ibutilide and propafenone for immediate treatment of atrial flutter.
Methods: Forty patients with atrial flutter with an arrhythmia duration of three hours to 90 days were randomized to receive up to two 10-minute infusions of ibutilide (1 and 1 mg) or propafenone (70 and 70 mg) with a 10-minute interval.
Results: Ibutilide was superior to propafenone for treating atrial flutter (90% vs.
Rapid developments in network systems of business service have resulted in more reliance on distributed computing, typified by "subscriber/push" architectures. Unfortunately, frequent and unexpectable network failures were routine, and downtime was not in hours, but in days. High availability has become the most important factor decreasing business risk and improving Quality of Service.
