Research of Synergistic Substances on Tobacco Beetle [ (Fabricius) (Coleoptera: Anobiidae)] Adults Attractants.

In this study, four kinds of chemical substances (2,3,5,6-tetramethylpyrazine, -ionone, citronellal, and paeonol), three kinds of plant essential oils (tea tree essential oil, lavender essential oil, and myrrh essential oil), and their combinations were selected to explore their synergistic effects on tobacco beetle [ (Fabricius) (Coleoptera: Anobiidae)] adults by the behavioral test and laboratory simulation test. Behavioral test results showed that some of the combinations revealed a synergistic effect on tobacco beetle adults, especially the sexual attractant +2,3,5,6-tetramethylpyrazine + -ionone + citronellal + paeonol (SABCD, one portion of sexual attractant, and 1 mg/L synergistic substances) combination and the food attractant +2,3,5,6-tetramethylpyrazine + paeonol (FAD, 1 ml of food attractant and 1 mg/L synergistic substances) combination showed the best behavioral effect on tobacco beetle adults with average dwell times of 120.97 and 126.

Synchronous control strategy of double excitation motors inertial flip-flow screen.

In the single-excitation-motor inertial flip-flow screen, the vibration phase difference is difficult to maintain at the ideal angle of 180° for two screen frames, which results in the low screening efficiency. To solve this problem, a flip-flow screen driven by double excitation motors is established, together with its control system. The vibration phase difference for two screen frames can reach 180° when the phase difference for two eccentric blocks is 170° based on the experimental model.

To summarize and analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of neuroendoscopic surgery (NES) in the treatment of patients for severe thalamic hemorrhage with ventricle encroachment (THVE). Eighty-three patients with severe THVE were treated in the Neurosurgery Department of Anqing Hospital Affiliated to Anhui Medical University from July 2019 to August 2021. The convolutional neural network (CNN) has achieved great success in fulfilling computer vision tasks despite large computation overhead against efficient deployment. Channel pruning is usually applied to reduce the model redundancy while preserving the network structure, such that the pruned network can be easily deployed in practice. However, existing channel pruning methods require hand-crafted rules, which can result in a degraded model performance with respect to the tremendous potential pruning space given large neural networks.

Background: Although endoscopic ultrasound-guided choledochoduodenostomy (EUS-CDS) or hepaticogastrostomy (EUS-HGS) has emerged as an option for patients of failed endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP), there has no agreement on which approach is preferred. Therefore, a meta-analysis was performed to examine the two methods.

Methods: Functional experiments (CCK-8 assay, cell colony formation, transwell cell migration/invasion experiment, wound healing assay, nude mouse tumor formation, and immunohistochemical analysis) were applied to evaluate the role of RBM38 in malignant melanoma.

Ultrafast metamaterial all-optical switching based on coherent modulation.

We report a demonstration of an ultrafast all-optical switching with unique light control effects. The all-optical switching consists of a gold film with asymmetric split rings and a silica substrate. The device effectively controls the transmission and absorption of continuous pulses in the communication band (1200-1800 nm) and short pulses with a pulse duration of 80 fs by using the interaction of two coherent beams on nano-metamaterials with a thickness of only 50 nm.

Methods: The method for optimizing the identification process involved in drawing blood among outpatients using information technology was executed from July 2020. In this paper, 959 patients who had blood drawn from January to June 2020 were included as the pre-optimization group, and 1011 patients who had blood drawn from July to December 2019 were included as the post-optimization group.
