This article introduces an enhanced non-approximated control technique for the pitch and altitude control systems of unmanned helicopters. It takes into account unpredictable external disturbances and system dynamics. The integration of prescribed performance control into unmanned helicopter systems significantly improves the transient and steady-state response capabilities.

Incubation behavior in chickens is closely associated with hypothalamus. Here, RNA sequencing of hypothalamus from Changshun green-shell laying hens, an indigenous chicken breed from China, in egg-laying period (LP) and incubation period (BP) was conducted to identify critical pathways and candidate genes involved in controlling the incubation behavior in hypothalamus. A total of 637 up-regulated and 305 down-regulated differently expressed genes (DEGs) were identified in chicken hypothalamus between LP and BP groups.

The accelerometry(AMG) muscle relaxant monitor is the most widely used quantitative muscle relaxant monitor to assess the degree of neuromuscular at present. In this study, the ulnar nerve was stimulated by using train of four stimulation(TOF) mode of the AMG muscle relaxant monitor, and the movement of the adductor pollicis muscle was monitored. In this way, the distribution range of key parameters (acceleration peak value, response time, and TOF ratio) of the adductor pollicis muscle during the use of muscle relaxant in clinical practice is analyzed and will provide a practical basis for the development and improvement of the muscle relaxant monitor.

This paper focuses on the finite-time generalized synchronization problem of non-identical fractional order chaotic (or hyper-chaotic) systems by a designing adaptive sliding mode controller and its application to secure communication. The fatty acids in seven species of fish roes were determined by GC-MS in combination with principal component and cluster analyses in order to derive their fatty-acid profiles and fingerprints. Twenty-three common chromatography peaks were identified in the fatty-acid fingerprints of the seven fish roes. A total of 19 typical fatty acids were identified in the fish roes studied.

Background: Primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) is a rare subtype of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL). The aim was to evaluate response rate, progression free survival (PFS), overall survival (OS), and toxicity in PCNSL after systemic R-IDARAM and intrathecal immunochemotherapy with deferred radiotherapy.

miR-663 is a tumour suppressor that is potentially regulated by modification of CpG islands. Whether aberrant methylation is one of the reasons for miR-663 down-regulation in some malignant cells and whether miR-663 targets oncogenes warrants further research. In the present study, we report that the CpG islands in the upstream region of pre-miR-663 are aberrantly methylated in the k-562 cell line and in the white blood cells of some chronic myelogenous leukaemia patients, and also that H-ras is one of the genes targeted by miR-663.

The aim of the present study was to investigate the association between lymphoma prognosis and aberrant methylation of inhibitor of DNA binding factor 4 (ID4) and tight junction protein 1 (ZO-1) genes in samples isolated from the bone marrow and paraffin-embedded lymphoma tissues of treatment-naive lymphoma patients. The bone marrow biopsy and paraffin-embedded lymphoma tissue samples from treatment-naive lymphoma patients were obtained, along with corresponding control samples from subjects without lymphoma and from lymph nodes of chronic cholecystitis and reactive lymphadenitis patients. Methylation-specific PCR (MSP) reactions were performed to analyze the methylation status on the promoter regions of ID4 and ZO-1.
